how do i get other country home pages in English?

If you refer to American Country Music you can find it almost everywhere, or by login to geocities there are hundreds of pages most in English of course, I don't really understand the word 'forgien' but if you meant foreign, needs to specify foreign of what country?..☺

You mean internet home pages. They'll have an English link on the main page if they provide and English version of the site.
