Speaking from previous anorexic tendencies, my advice to you is to start trying to build back muscle, because in Anorexia you lose muscle mass in the process... When you are starving your body to be thin, the muscles are the last thing to go, so that would be the best place to start, then you can still be thin, build muscle mass, & ultimately weigh more....

Eat extra, activity much less is the common rule. But significantly do not obtain it the WRONG means via like plenty of speedy meals, and plenty of icky meals prime in ldl cholesterol and terrible stuff so that they can most effective make you in poor health. Foods prime in fats however are healthful like peanut butter and oils and stuff and pasta and crimson meat that would aid...Eat meals prime in energy however do not move overboard. You do not wish to get chubby. ;) Lol xxxxx

so u go to gym, work with weights and directly after 1 hour work out drink carb+protein shake. the amount of carbs should be more than proteins- maybe like 70%carbs 30% proteins. gaining weight and some beautifully toned muscles is garanteed. good luck

My aunt had the same problem, trying to put on weight. She was told drink homogenized milk (higher fat content). Try eating before you go to sleep, nothing too heavy, but it will help. Breads, grains, pastas, can all help. My favorite way is chocolate. Good Luck and God Bless!
