Above all, become friends with him to find out if he is gay or not. If he isn't, hope that he is very sexually active and open for crazy things. Usually it means he may let a guy do things to him for the experience. If you are close enough with him, he may let you try more things.

A gay? If you were truly gay, you wouldn't have worded your question like that, so this is probably a bogus post.
Nevertheless, a 'gay' gets someone into his bed like anyone else does: by communicating, finding out if you can relate to one another, determing if there's potential for intimacy, and then developing a relationship.

I'm dealing with the same thing myself right now. There is a guy at work who is married but he's totally Metro and he hangs onto me like a leech. We have a good time hanging out at lunch and he makes it his business to come to my office several times a time. I've found myself bringing extra lunch because he always brings a small lunch so we end up eating the same lunch. I want to 'go there' but rejection would KILL me. So for now, I just enjoy our emotional affair. Good Luck.

if this is someone over you in a higher up management positionn, back away, its a great way too get fired or ruined for sex-- harrassement. be very very careful here on this level, think about your career, bills, and, if your caught, you could be firedd immediatelly. and do they have a no dating clause at your job?? a lot of people just look, at there bills careers and the job itself, put youself first here. then go from there. no job no prospects bills piling up for a cheap piece??

First, you have to find out if he is gay also. Don't just come out and ask him though. That would make a terrible mess. Find out without making it obvious. If you find he is gay, or in any way attracted to men, ask him if he wants to hang out some time and go from there.
