So there is this person I work with, who, I think likes me. I don't like him at all, the more I learn about him, the more weird he seems to me. I'm always nice to people, smile a lot, and say sorry if I've bumped into people (I do that a lot). The problem is he is trying to flirt with me (so gross) and I have no idea who to nicely, with out saying it, that I'm just not interested. Should I just stop saying sorry when I bump into him and ignore him? not smile?

Well the best thing to do is to speak and keep rolling try not to smile too much at him and when he's around mention someone that your interested in or a boyfriend that you're madly in love with maybe he'll get the hint and stay away from you knowing your already seeing someone else or interested in someone else. you are encouraging him if you dont say anything. as they say 'no news means good news'. so get up your courage and tell him you'd appreciate it if he stopped those things cos you are not interested and will never be. that you dont do office relationships under any circumastance and he should just lay off

well just ignore his comments ... dont smile too often at him .. coz i think yr a friendly person and he mistake that as yr flirting with him

If he talks about that.. let him know what you feel about him.
Just smile.. cant ignore.. him so..just keep ur distance.
