The Jewish community of Tunisia originated as home to scholars exiled from Palestine, from Talmudic sages of the 2nd to the 4th centuries to today’s Torah scribes.

Im guessing Liberia.

Liberia was set up as a nation for freed Slaves to return to Africa much as Israel was set up for the Jews after WW 2.
