Are you sure she's anorexic? People tell me I am all the time and am most certainly not. Perhaps some research in to this serious disorder would be a good start. There is great advice on line. Good luck with your friend :-)

That is exactly the centre of her problem. Anorexics CANNOT see that they have a problem. Anorexia Nervosa is not just a physical ailment, it has deep psycological meanings and these are the issues that need to be dealt with.
ONLY professional help with rid your friend of this terrible illness.

Tell her parents or someone in responsibility. It's the kindest thing although she may hate you for a while because of it.

Basically if she doesn't get help she could end up killing herself. Telling others is for the best in the end

How do you know for sure that she is? You need to provide more details really - is it possible that you have got it wrong? Because people have accused me of that before when I know that I'm not, and I can tell you it's very hurtful when it isn't true.

you have to report her - whether it is to a Doctor, her parents, a teacher, whoever - you could help save her life
