men have started producing Sperm as young as age 7 average age 13, men can produce sperm throughout their lives. A man Age 107 got a woman age 28 pregnant. The average male could technically make the equivalent of every female on the earth pregnant every 2.3 months

At what age can a male body produce semen,the jelly stuff that sperm lives in?
I've heard along the lines of 10-16,but that's a very broad range. 11-14 would fit the majority better.
