You can't expect anyone besides yourself to read your mind. You know what you mean but we don't. All you have conveyed is that there is a conflict in your company. The bad grammar does not help. Their (plural) status as a[n] individual (singular). Group dynamics, what does that specifically mean in your particular situation? Small group -- does that mean the company is comprised of a small managerial group, or does it mean a small group is ruining it all for everybody else? Now I saved the most important
