many organization starts website to provide information about their organization or for advertisement.but there is some website which does not belongs to any organization.from there we can collect many useful information.i want to know why someone starts this kind of website for our help?is he anyhow paid?is he paid according to the number of visitor visited his page?

no they re paid by the ads which they put up in their site...

I guess it would depend on what type of entertainment site you are wanting to runn, gambling, adult, music, etc... Answer that and someone could probably give you a better idea of what it will cost, what you should know etc... but most of all, you can have as many sites as you want, but if people dont know about it, then they wont go there and you wont make any money, so ADVERTISING will probably be your biggest expense.
