I think it should have been c ronaldo, he has played very well in the world cup, but unfortunately, the award went to podolski!

Maybe.Though I am a fan of Lionel Messi and of course I want him to win, but I agree that the award should go to Cristiano Ronaldo instead of Lukas Podolski.
Lukas Podolski is great,but Cristiano Ronaldo is a whole lot better.

Lukas Podolski clearly deserved the Gillette Best Young Player at the 2006 FIFA World Cup finals although Lionel Andres Messi is also another potential winner.

I feel justified because Podolski was not selfish as C. Ronaldo if Ron had not been selfish then Portugal could have gone all the way.

Poldi is good,but I also think that need to be Cristiano Ronaldo,or Messi!!! On internet votes podolski was at 6th place,and C.R. was at 2nd!!!

without doubt podolski deserve it
because at least he was active and score goals
but ronaldinho just show techniques
and football is not all techniques
