It is possible (and very common) to have a "period" during the first couple of months of pregnancy. The flow should be lighter and the duration should be shorter than a normal period, though. If you're concerned that you might be pregnant, an early pregnancy test would be a good idea.

First, you should take a pregnancy test as soon as possible. Just in case you're pregnant you need to know right away because bleeding during pregnancy is not a good sigh. If you take a home pregnancy test and the result is positive, make an appointment with a doctor as soon as possible. If the test is negative, wait another week, repeat the pregnancy test, and go to your doctor if you still haven't gotten your period.
To be safe, if you develop a fever, nausea, and/or headaches, go to the hospital because you may have had a miscarriage.

The only way you are going to know for sure is if you take a Home Pregnancy Test or go to a doctor and have blood work done.

I think you're pregnant. Do a pregnancy test to confirm. And why are you worried about it? Unless you are single.
