I dont think you can get over something like that. Thats horrible. Your parents should have respected your wishes.

If you are an Indian or Asian, for that matter, there are chances that your parents have some real issues. Unfortunately, as we say, love is blind and the problemk with the parents is that they are very caring & equally possessive, when it comes to the children. In most of the cases they are right.
So, if you are doing something that is real taboo, you should desist from that. It could be eligibility of the guy, including his integrity & dependability.
If it is just about the trivial matters like caste, creed etc. and the boy is really good and sincere, you must try to convince them.
You may also think about rebellion to have your way but the best way out is getting it done in an amicable manner.

If that has already happened to u, Its very sad. But if the boy with whom ur married is having good quality that a husband should have, and knows your story you should stick to this fellow and get engrosed in your new family.
If he does not know speak to him right now and dont be late to spoil your whole life.
If you are a hindu, I would advice you to keep the names of your parents in good light and continue your life peacefully. Get closer to your new family and try your best that your ex boy friends shadow should not spoil your family happiness.

Well .... u should talk to ur parents , tell them to meet ur HIM and also get to know if the boy really loves .....If u get a positive answer then go ahead
Ur parents wnt spoilt ur life its just mayb they think u r still immature dnt knw wats gud and bad for u .Just show them thts not the case ....... tell ur bf to prove Himself infront of them .

when ur parents r not happy than y do wanna take risk, but if ur ready to take risk go a head....but think how can u live happily by hurting ur parents by going against them nor u will get thier blessings....they always want thier children to be happy, may be they dont find that guy suitable for u.....anyways gud luck
