okay guys, who will you prefer in your team, Didier Drogba or Wayne Rooney? Why?

rooney because:
1: better player
2: dosent cheat
3: can score goals and create goals
and finally: he can play as a striker or a midfielder

Drogba is an excellent goalscorer, but I personally would prefer Rooney. For me, the main priority wouldn't be to score goals but to have a team of "real" players. See, Rooney may have a temper, but he is still a good player. Drogba apparently dives a lot, and that is not something I admire in a player.

Well at this present time i would say drogba as he is on fire, scoring goals for fun and from anywhere and his game has come on so much, he holds the ball up well and brings others into the game well too,the only thing i hate about him is that he falls over like to many players nowadys with the slightest touch.Wayne Rooney is not playing aswell now as he did when he 1st came on the same both for united and england but still shows moments of genius and drive and the willing to win, if you asked this question last year i would have said by far rooney but not this season, as to sum up your answer, anyone who can respond to the challenge of there place being threatened by one of the best forwards in the world in chevchenko and respond like he has deserves all the plaudits.ps Great question mate.

Didier Drogba especially now he's settled into the English league. I think he's a more stylish player than Rooney (though Rooney does kick *** aswell)

Tough call - lately Drogba is in A-1 form and you can see the frustration on Rooney's face. But over the long run, probably Rooney.

Well, even though drogba has scored more goals this season, i prefer Rooney because he's younger, faster, and he knows how to play together with different combinations in the game.

Rooney cause he has the talent to become one of the world's top strikers. While Drogba may be doing well now but has only a couple of years of his best in him.

i must say drogba is a good player (much as i despise him when chelsea play man u) and in form right now...
however it is impossible to deny rooney's NATURAL TALENT, TECHNICAL ABILITY, PHYSICAL STRENGTH, SPEED and CONSISTENCY...
long after the world has forgotten that a player named drogba once existed, the name of wayne rooney will undoubtedly be remembered as one of the greatest ever.

surely drogba cause he score more goals than rooney n he got more experience than rooney
