Mysterious? No, it's hard enough finding questions that are interesting without also worrying that the persons asking or answering are "mysterious."
There's some really nice people, some with really good senses of humor but I can't say that anyone's struck me as "mysterious."
The closest would be THE WHAT SHOULD I DO RETARD because I do sometimes wonder where he comes up with his crazy questions and why he is motivated to post them. One clue, I think, is that he regularly posts in the Religion and Spirituality section as if to deliberately annoy the folks there.
But actually mysterious? Nope.

Yes. Some have an agenda. I think some are connected with a group that work together. Maybe several groups.
