When they ask u "what are your strengths"?
Say to them:
The ability to establish rapport with customers / clients.
The ability to empathise and look at the situation from the customer's point of view.
The ability to adopt my interpersonal skills contingent on the party and/or situation.
The ability to live up to high customer service standards by acknowledging that I represent the face (or voice lol) of ____ company.
Resiliency and the ability to learn from my mistakes.
The ability to work under pressure whilst retaining a cool exterior.
The list goes on and on, but please remember to always look at the situation from the employer / interviewer's perspective and when discussing your skills and personal qualities ALWAYS RELATE YOUR ANSWER TO THE DEMANDS OF THE JOB!!!!!
Good Luck and let me know how u get on.
p.s. remember confidence is the key.
