My sister, my brother's girlfriend, and my fiance's brother are all expecting in ealy 2007. Everyone is having a baby! When I think about having a baby i get so excited and i can't stop smiling! :) I'm worried because we have our wedding planned for late 2007, but we want a baby now. Should we start our family before our wedding?

You should do what ya'll feel is right. If ya'll both love eachother and both want to have a baby, and to start trying now.... then go for it woman! Ya'll are going to get married anyways. So how could it not be the right time?

No - just wait until after you are married. Patience is a virtue and you are still both young. You should let yourselves have time with each other first before becoming parents. Babies take a lot of time away from both mother and father and the commitment to that baby has to be strong. Just relax and have fun and look forward to your wedding day and honeymoon. Congratulations are in order for you and I wish you the best of luck in both marriage and parenthood.

If you are having doubts then its not a good time. Babys are something you do not go into lightly. They are a huge responsibility and very expensive too. Plan your wedding have a great time as newly weds because as soon as the kids come along that will all change.

I'm having the same problem! I can't wait to have kids but the wedding isn't until May 07'. I know we aren't ready for it though. Besides I want the first few years of our marriage to be just with me and my honey! I think that time alone is most important time to build your marriage before starting a family.
Don't let that baby envy get to ya!!

I'm old fashioned. I say get married first, then have the baby. Babies are not pink pets. They are real people and they need functional families.
If you need to have a private ceremony first do it, but don't have the kid out of wedlock. That's a hard way to start his or her life.

If you are financially stable then by all means do so.
If not then dont risk it, children and financial troubles will tear you marriage apart before it even begins.
