A flowerhorn is a Hybrid fish. The main fish used to produce the flowerhorn, most commonly noted, is the Trimac. A healthy trimac can live 10 -15 years in a properly sized tank, with good care. I would expect the same for a flowerhorn.

Assuming it is kept in an appropriate tank (75 gallons for 1) figure on about 10 years potential, give or take.
