oooOOOOoooooh you have got an agenda!!

I think this is one of those statements that is wrapped up to make it look like it is a question, but unfortunately does not succeed very well.

The holocaust did happen. The nazis did it. The whole of Germany colluded in it. The whole of Europe knew it was happening , the whole WORLD knew it was happening.

You're just determined to give us all a very merry Christmas, aren't you? Thanks for bringing up the subject.

I think you will find that in countries where denial is an offence the parliaments of those countries have affirmed their belief that the holocaust did happen.
There could be Arab countries where affirmation might be frowned on but I don't know of any that have laws making it a crime.
I'm not sure that mere denial is an offence but think it has more to do with using denial as a way of to incite violence or racial intolerance.

Holocaust affirmation is just an aknowledgment of an historical event which indeed took place....so, even though it's one of the worst and darkest periods of human history ever, it cannot be a criminal offence...
I also disagree that the denial of such event should be a criminal offence..it is after all a personal opinion...although a wrong one..

You can probably get a violation notice from Yahoo Answers because they hand them out for anything, but that's the worst you'll get in Europe for affirming the holocaust

Well only an idiot denies the holocaust so if you affirm that the holocaust happened I guess you can say your not as big and idiot as the deniers - congratulations!!!
