it is up to you yourself, only you know that person if its a date the time is yours. if its a friend you have feelings for think about what could happen you could tell this person and spoil a friendship, is it worth it ? this person could feel the same way about you but if it was me in your position i myself would wait until they give some sign that they feel the same way about you and let them tell you first how they feel. you know you have those feelings but does the other person have feelings for you? and if you feel the way you do and you dont want to loose that person, be friend or lover i would wait for them.

If you've been dating then you'll be able to read the signs and take it from there. If you're simply an admirer then i'd wait until you know the feelings are mutual, you wouldn't want to look a fool. Just take things slow... there is no point rushing things!

depending on the situation, you should tell them now if you are both free and single. if there are any partners involved, you need to accept that these feelings can't go any further - relationships that start with an affair often end in one too and have bad trust issues. but if everything's cushdy and above board, go for it TODAY! :) good luck and merry christmas xxx

Well, it depends on the situation. If I know the guy is interested in me, then I would say something...
If I am unsure of it, I would wait it out a bit or at least start talking to him...

no long , its good to be able to share and tell what u feel , if good or bad .... keeping them inside could make u unhappy or take the fun away .

it depends are you good friends? Are the feelings really strong? If they are then Yes, tell them but, if they dont have the same feelings - dont get mad. Actually id try and see if they had feelings for me first then id tell him/her.
