now, you listen to me and you'll be back in shape in no time.
first of all start the morning by eating a KIWI, a kiwi per day will work wonders, it contains good enzimes and helps you go regulary. you should still eat two healthy meals a day though, remember to watch out on carbs, they are good, you need them, but in small doses. always eat something light in the evening, and if you can not too late, or at least an hour before you go to bed. eat lots of fruits and vegetables.
NO SNACKS. drink green tea or another fruit infusion(no black tea or coffee), with brown sugar throughout the day. have a cup of warm soya milk as an afternoon snack(it'll fill you up), and a few clementines whenever you start feeling hungry.
now, this is healthy eating, lots of fruits vegetables, water, green tea etc... you will loose weight(approx 6KG in 2 months).
you will feel helthier and be healthier.
do not try diets that promise you the impossible, and deprive you of a healthy diet, you need to eat, it will take time but you will loose it, especially with a hectic life like yours.
also i was thinking that seeing that you always travel that can be transformed into excercise, move a bit more take longer routes etc...

They say you should really lose about 5 pounds a month. You should try cutting out fats, greasy foods, pop- any thing thats not healthy thats how I lost weight and drink lots of water not only do you lose weight but, it helps with complexions. Just take it slowly and im sure youll lose the weight.

Limiting your calories will not get you to lose weight, it will, however, keep you from gaining any more.
You HAVE to get active in order to burn off the calories you take in, in order to lose the weight you want to lose. And since you want to lose a significant amount...over 50 pounds...you need to get busy and get active.

Calm down, without exercises you'll never have sporty and perfect shape. Just try gym or to go to the swimming pool , you'll like it , cause it's pleasure to see how your body is getting better!
