How much research is made in formation gases in human body and how they effect the human body.

Some foods mae more gas than others. Legumes and beans mae alot. It is the digestion process that creates the gases from the foods. Bacteria in the lower gut contribute also.

Yes there have been studies on gas production. At Cornell they have several cows with their side skin removed and replaced with plastic, and openings into the various stomachs to monitor digestion and gas production.

Certain foods like nuts and some vegetables react with the body's naturally present acids and bacteria and ferment inside during the digestion stage. This produces gas.
You can check with a nutritionist about studies made in this field.

the food u eat gets decomposed in Ur body because of enzymatic action and the content of the food is used for supplying nutrients to Ur body if the content of the food contains compounds which reacts with the substances present in Ur body then gases are formed

its all biological fermentation that occurs in the stomach facilitated by the bile salts and microbial flora which catabolises the carbohydrates and proteins to give acids and gas. for u'r information the complete anatomy and physiology of the human body has be studied but answers to some questions are yet to be found out, we will work them out.
