Only if you don't have goals or are not passionate about what you do.
I find more and more older people get up earlier and earlier because they need less sleep and go to bed earlier because they do little at night.

No, it gets easier, partly because I work for myself, at home, so enjoying an early morning cuppa with the BBC news makes starting my day very easy

I'm turning into my grandparents, up at 5 in bed by 9.

No. As one ages, usually he/she gets up earlier in the morning compared to when they were younger. They usually have lesser hours of sleep.

No it does not. As you get older your sleep pattern changes. i guess by then it would. you sleep less and do more.
