I have a liteon SHW-160 P6S dvd burner i have put a blank dvd disk in the drive im using nero 7.5.9 and i have used Info tool to check the disk and the infotool says theres no disk in the drive... and i have tried deep burner also.. and everytime i try to burn some movie files it tells me the drive might be busy or there is no disk in the drive i have checked to see just incase there wasnt but there was a dvd in there and i still cant figure whats wrong with it plz help its driving me krazy

A) Make sure you connected the Floppy cable to the drive and that it is displaying in your device manager
B) Make sure the DVD-RW supports the media you bought.

check the whethere you can see the cd/dvd drive listed in my computer?
if no then you need to assign a letter

Are you sure the drive is compatible with the disks

Try running a CD, DVD, and CD-ROM lens cleaner on it.
