Think about it this way, if we do get what we want,
when we get that thing, whatever it may be, that might not be what we really want. Perhaps what we really want is to have power at our feet. which is not possible, only Jesus can demand for that. ;)
Sometimes, i get what i want, at times, i do not.
It kind of balance out. =)
and i find it quite true there's a saying that,
"what we don't get, perhaps we don't really want it that much after all." =)
i find it true. 'cos, if we really, truly wants something with a pure intention, we will brave the mountains and the burning forests, and the raging oceans to dash and go all the way for it, wouldn't we.??

this rolling stones song is funny...because when my brother was little he was teasing our middle brother about something...and of course he would sing..you can always get what you want...but if you try sometimes you might find...and instead of saying you get what you need...he didnt know the words so he said a wee non a wee....it was pretty funny at the time and honestly i almost prefer that version cause it reminds me of him..

This is God 's world and it is an abundance world. All you have to do is ask for what you want, and the universe will align to give you what you want. If you want bad, your thoughts will activate to give you what you want.. if you want good likewise. You can have the cars, houses, soulmates but you have to learn to trust God and get out of his way.
