When looking for a job, I found a Retail Traineeship. Is retail experience usually required for traineeships? I have hospitality experience but I have decided to move on to retail. What is usually offered in a traineeship? Thanks for your time

It's sponsored by the government and the position is usually of lower pay becuase you are considered to be learning to gain full qualifications. When used properly, it's a great way to get work.
However, many employers abuse the system and keep hiriing trainees to keep their costs down.
