I think you mean Oxalate.

An oxalate (called also: ethanedioate) is a salt or ester of oxalic acid. The oxalate ion, (COO)2 2−, is "oxalic acid" minus two hydrogen ions.
(here 2 after (COO) is sub script and 2- after (COO)2 is superscript.

Another way to write the chemical formula of the oxalate anion is C2O42−
(here 2 after C and 4 after O are in sub script and 2- after C2O4 is superscript.

It is "OXALATE" and the formula for it is H2C2O4 - obviously the numerics in the formula must be subscripts.

It is a colorless poisonous acid.
