Several things to consider.... 1) Check to make sure that your state allows you to buy "off shore" cigarettes. If they don't, the package will normally be stopped from reaching you (and you will be out the money). No matter how it is shipped, it has to pass through customs. 2) Should you get them, when you get caught selling them, there are heavy fines on the federal, state and local level for selling untaxed tobacco (even worse if you sell them to a minor) 3) Off-shore cigarettes can be counterfeit or they may not be the same quality as US cigarettes. A relative from England came to visit. She smokes Marlboro reds and was running low so she bought some, and the first thing she noticed is that the ones from here last longer. The ones she gets in England aren't packed as tight.
