it is presumptuous to assume you notice everything around you. This is something some people try to master through meditation and can take decades to develope. Because you are getting nervous by other people I am led to believe what you are noticing rather is other people, and maybe not the most extreme minute details of physical space around you. Perhaps you are gifted then, but otherwise the way you wrote your question inclusive of your proclamation sounds like someone on drugs. Alternatively it is common for people with social phobias to act out in different ways and make characters of themselves, which is much more likely.

I actually have that same situation. I've dealt with all kinds of societies, have been unanchored, and consider myself a social loner (my father was in the Navy). I'm not entirely sure if its due to my upbringing that I've been "forced" into adapting rapidly, thus heightening my awareness of my immediate surroundings. But for what it's worth, despite the frustration of being to keenly aware, in the end it's a very special trait to possess. I attribute much of my success to it & why I am still alive and well.
Cheers & happy holidays!

Your condition might be what is called Social Anxiety. It involves a phobia of crowds, social interaction etc. If you feel uncomfortable in social situations to the point of being nervous, I would talk to your doctor. This can be controlled through therapy or medication or a combo of both.

I don't get the question, but... You cannot accurately assess this in yourself as you are only aware of what you think you are aware of. Others may see much more than you do. In fact, you may well be missing many, many things. Feel better now? ;)
