It is never wise to use hormones without your doctor's guidelines. Hormone meds are linked to various side effects (including cancers) which can only be minimised when using the proper meds and using it correctly. Please do not try it on your own.

you cant, coz it could be dangerous to your bodies normal way of functioning. you need to go to a doctor and let him/her run tests to see what the problem is and determine what hormonal tablets your body needs and what will work best for you.
