I assume you are talking about petroleum oil.
Oil is made of of an incredible number of compounds mixed together. From traces of very light gases, LPG, saturates, unsaturates, aromatics, and very heavy cross-linked molecules which boil at very high temperatures. Most of the ingredients are hydrocarbons (made of hydrogen and carbon) but there are also substantial amounts of sulfur, trace metals such as nickel and vanadium, etc. etc.
Oil is so complex that oil companies make no attempt to determine its composition except for critical ingredients such as sulfur (pollution), trace metals (ash composition and they destroy catalysts), and certain special tests such as paraffin content which makes them suitable or unsuitable for lubricating oils or aromatics which are useful for chemical manufacture.
Because of the incredible chemical complexity of oil, the main "ingredients" are not expressed individually but in what are termed "fractions", that is, for example, the % or fraction which boils between 120 degrees and 180 degrees, or between 900 degrees and 1050 degrees, etc. Those amounts determine to a large extent the value of a crude oil since the lighter the oil, and the lower its sulfur level, the greater its value.

You mean what things does one mix together to make oil?
There are several different types of oil but most oils people talk about don't have "ingredients"

would you believe....oil? The cooking kind that is.
IF you are talking about crude oil that the worl runs on, there is no "ingrdients" as such either. Are you asking - what is crude oil made of, perhaps? You can always go to google to get this info, you know.

Crude Oil is made up of several fractions of Alkanes and Alkenes. Using fractionation we convert these in to Octane (petrol), Butane (gas), and heavier fractions like diesel and motor oil.
Oil (the fossil fuel) is produced from marine organic ooze left to maturate over several millions of years.

Oil is made from plants and animals that died many thousands of years ago. After millenia of geothermal heat and tectonic pressure they become turned into liquid and from this comes oil. This is also how coal is formed.
