any drug overdose can kill!!
well yes datura seeds in excess can kill. Though the most poisonous substance is potassium cyanide. yet there are many more:-
amanita mushrooms
aflatoxin
botulin toxin
digoxin
chemicals:-
Sodium thiopental
Pancuronium bromide
Potassium chloride

it is actually the flower that can kill, but it supossed to be very bitter in taste and very hard to cover up the taste. You should really ask your GP or go to your poisons information center. Or, maybe, your local library could help too.
