Younger cousin, looks up to me, Don't want to let her down or for her to see me just as an older person, instead of someone she can trust.

Her older (18 y.) boyfriend clearly wants her for her exotic looks.
I have decided to beat this young man senseslessly right after the holidays.

However I will give him a mulligan if your answers persuade my naive cousin.

Don't tell her she should. That would be the first part. The second part is making sure she knows that what she has to give is too special to give to just anyone, and that she understands what love is. Too many kids today think that love = like or attraction instead of a deep, abiding feeling. Explain it to her without judging her or telling her not to....then pull him aside and explain how you will beat him bloody, then call the cops, if he doesn't wait until she is 18.Good luck cuz, I sure wish I had someone like you around when I was that age!

You could tell her that there are men that will chase a woman and promise her the world just to get into her knickers. Once he's been there he usually walks away because the chase is over.

I can't say any more than that really. She looks up to you so bring in the word 'respect'. If a man has a lot of 'respect' for a woman he will not persue her sexually but wait until SHE wants to etc. A lad of 18 is obviously interested in sex, so I understand your concern.

Great to know she has a cousin like you. She's a lucky girl.

you have every right to feel the way you do she 15 for god sakes
but on the other hand she is old enough to make her own decisions
if she has a problem shell go to you and tell you about if she trusts you
dont do anything to dramatic unless certain protocals are needed.
shes only 15 and she should know whats good for her and bad.and to be honest she shouldent be dating she needs to be more concerned about school more than anything not boys, they come later when shes older
just talk to her and see whats happens and confront that 18 year old what the heck hes doing with an 15 year old anyways, thats just wrong in my eyes.

Tough one. She's probably in the midst of butthead stage so is rebelling against parental wishes and also has all those raging hormones.
If I were talking to her I would express that I wish I had waited longer to explore that particular aspect of being an adult.
Lots of good suggestions above, perhaps you could go over all of them with her. You could even show her your question and answers if you think it would help...well...most of them.
I think your initial response, of going after the guy (could he be talked to first?) has a gut feeling of 'rightness'. But she'll be very angry if you do this, it may drive her to him as part of the parental rebellion or she may find someone else anyway.
If he knows (or she knows) there will be serious consequences to 'activity' would it deter him (them)? The age difference at that age is substantial as well as being a legal issue.
I wish I had something better to say than "Don't do what I did - I've regretted it deeply."

It's great that you look after your cuz.
It's a difficult task you have set yourself, at fifteen, hormones are raging.
I would beat him senseless before the holidays, then she won't want to look at him let alone anything else.
To the main question; maybe inform her about STD's, aids, cheating men, psychotic cousins!!!
And how she will respect herself more if she waits until she is older and far more certain.
Cheers

Tell her the truth:
Sex complicates everything.
The guy will use her for her body and leave her in his wake.
Her body is sacred and should only be shared with a person whom she truly loves and who truly loves her back.

Maybe you should stay out of it...

It is her choice as to how she wants to look or act.. However, once she is 16, she is at liberty to do what she wants...
