Internet Explorer also has a pop up blocker. To enable it, go to tools, pop up blocker, turn on pop up blocker.
You may also want to scan your computer with a program such as Ad-Aware SE (Free) to remove spy-ware/ad-ware which is most often responsible for pop ups and in your case, pop unders.

Use a pop up blocker, such as Yahoo toolbar. If you have one, just enable it!
