Means a single processor that has two cores. You can multi-task better and do more things in less time.

EDIT: I thought you were referring to dual core processor.

Dual processor means exactly what it says. Two processors. However, if you're referring to dual core (which I think you might be), this means that two processor cores have been fit onto a single chip. It's like just like having two processors, but they have been physically combined into one.
