I have experienced both the cities by staying there for about a week there. As an out sider both have wonderful places to visit to.So I cannot decide on the basis of this experience. Both are equally advanced too. And you question is mainly about the best one to live in. I have a formulated opinion in mind and it goes in favour of Bangalore.
