I came home from Robinsons May final invintory sale and pull my shirt out of the bag and the lady forgot to take the security tag off... i cant take it back either because macys bought out robinsons may and it is permantly closed... help!!

Macys has the removers, explain the situation to them and bring a copy of the receipt so you dont look like a thief...

if you have the receipt then take it to Macy's and tell them what happen, if you can't take it there then take it to another department store and they should be able to help.
Lane Bryant has done that to me before and I live an hour from the mall so I wasn't able to take it back, so I took it to Wal-Mart. But if all else fails you can always use wire cutters

The store should have taken the security tag off when you purchased the item. If you're having trouble, take it back to the store and make sure you have the bill with you.

is it the round kind? if so, paint it yellow and put a smiley on it and use it as an assecery! If it's the rectangle kind, keep the paint, and make it into a sponge character!
or...try to talk to someone that works in a store and get them to take it out.

Just get a screw driver and a hammer, thenpput a cloth on the tip of the screw driver in case it slips then hit it with a hammer against a hard surface.

Yes, don't try to remove it yourself, most of them have dye in them for the theives, just take it to a store and they will take it off for you. It happens pretty often, so they will understand.

don't attempt it, it has a ink in it that will ruin your garment. if you have your receipt or bag take it to JC Penny's or fashion bug and explain it. they will remove it for you. thanks

better take it back ..........if you try it yourself at home I guarantee you the shirt will be ruined.
