I'm 14, and recently my periods have been getting worse and worse. I bleed a lot more, the cramps are worse and I get sick to my stomach. I'm sure it's all just normal menstruation stuff, but are there any tips you guys might have to make me not feel like crap? Sorry for the poor wording.

Have your mom take you to a gynecologist. You should not be getting sick to your stomach. If your bleeding is really heavy and the cramps are really bad, it could be as simple as going on a low dose birth control pill. A woman I know had periods that lasted 2 -3 weeks at a time. Her doctor put her on the pill and she is now on a regular schedule.

I've never personally tried this, but at drug stores they sell these things called water pills - they're supposed to help with the bloating. If you've never tried Midol, that definitely helps. Also, get a heating pad, lay on your back, and put it on your abdomen (that works for me). Hope you find something that works for you!

I don't have cramps or anything but my sister has terrible ones. What she does is she has a heating pad that you warm up and she puts it on her stomach and it seems to help her a lot.

I would get on the pill. It will make your periods lighter, regular, and with fewer menstruation symptoms.
