there is this girl in my art class that i really like, i think she knows why?
For the past weeks she has been commenting on my cloths, saying how good i look, today she was touching my shoulder and asked if i were ok, she was sweet talking to me.

Commenting on your clots and your looks can be border line... but touching your shoulder is her making it clear she is interested in you. Watch her body language. People sitting next to you will usually cross their legs toward you and have a tendancy to "lean" towards rather than away from you.

Yes and No.
The reason why I say yes is that some girls only do that to guys they are interested in.
Now the reason why I said no is that some girls normally do these kind of things to all guys because they can get away with it, but it wouldn't be considered flirting.

no its probally someone being nice if she was flirting you would know it for sure girls are not characterd like boys most of the time they dont beat around the bush if you want too know if she likes you ask her about future plans such as career or family just talk about yours if she is interrested shell listen and join you in a conversation if she doesnt then she isnt interrested in you

yes she is flirtin with you. Either she likes you as a friend and you already know it, or you can be just as sweet back to her and take it to the next level. Invite her to hang out with you, or inquire about if she may be interested in hanging out with you. Chances are she will say yes. good luck!
