I think they were both excellent movies.

Of course, unless you understand the Japanese perspective of their movies - then it probably seems odd, strange, incomprehensible to you (not that I am saying YOU don't - just talking in generality here)

I was brought up on a steady diet of samurai movies as a kid (lived in Asia) so I like that sort of movies. And who cares if it was not "realistic". It is the way the story was told and the way it drew you in to be emotionally involved and cheer on the all-conquering hero/ heroine of the movie - THAT is what makes it so good.

All the fight scenes were great. Just a little disappointed at the last fight - could have been a little longer and more sword play.

I thought the 1st one was fantastic, but the 2nd part was absolute rubbish. It was boring, drawn out and really didn't feel like it was worth the time.

It's called an editor, Tarantino...look into one! Not EVERYTHING you film is genius (case in point: Jackie Brown).

Who really thought it was 'cool' to watch Uma Thurman and that old bag of crap David Carradine sit and talk when there should have been much ***-kicking? What a lame ending!

Tarantino never makes a bad movie. I own all his movies and watch them frequently. Kill Bill 1 and 2 are great!!!!

I think they are excellent films - containing elements from a variety of genres, blended skillfully. They are also very cool.

I don't know what "the whole black and white thing" you refer to is though :-/
