Hi, Blank cheque: Billion rupees
This is a misstatement, Still if u are getting billions of rupee for a noble cause, it is very well, but no one gives any one so, The cheque if u deposit in Bank would not encash, U must return it to the owner.
Any how, If u get billions of Rupee, It is advisable to pay taxes according to rules and keep 50% of the balance for ur personal use/expenses and use the remaining 50% in charity/noble/religious works.
Ur expenses in Charity/Religious/Noble cause would make ur life full of happiness/Joy/Love and fame.
Take care do not indulge in any illegal affairs.

ENJOY WITH THE MONEY.

There won't be any exciting answers to share with you. It is an offence to keep monies that do not belong to you. Its a jailable offence. Return the cheque to the bank who will be able to trace the owner and return it to he rightful owner. Out of appreciation, the owner may offer you rewards monetary sometimes. That money you can keep.

I guess it's a trick question? A blank check isn't worth anything other than the paper it's printed on.
