get a portfolio! go for photoshoots etc, and once you are satisfied with some photos, send them into modeling companies if you fit their criteria. there are a whole load in singapore (search yahoo - diva, phantom, elite, jeffery chung, mannequin).
don't trust the 'talent scouts' you meet along orchard road, alot of them are fake and will make you pay for your services.
go for every audition you can find - start small, it usually works.
enter any beauty contest you can find, it may be intimidating, but who knows! try the new paper new face, miss singapore universe, miss singapore world.
mediacorp has lots of auditions for various local tv productions. dont stop small either. you'll never know how good you are until you try :D good luck

First you must have the look and the personality. If you do have thee attributes, sign up for MediaCorp's drama courses. Usually they select their actors and actresses from those who have attended drama courses. Good luck!
