Why is the men tied up by someone and put on the Internet?

I have seen some website, there are some men tied up by somebody. they use tape, rope etc. What is the reason they do that? Are they gay?

Beleive it or not some people like to be tied up. It is called bondage. It makes them feel good. Gay and straight people practice bondage. Some people like to look at pictures of bondage.

Well, I presume that this is for sick people.
They do that so other people can feel some of the power they felt while taking control of that person.
