please help, i dont know what to do.
i have a fish tank with a castle in it as a feature, it has pond lights inside it to make it look good.
My problem is, my big blackmoore went missing inside the tank, and we found her stuck inside the castle...
When we let her out, we noticed she looks burnt in places from the lights. Especially around her eyes. Is she blind now? Will she be ok? Her scales look burnt in places and she isnt moving her tail much....
please, any advice to help my fish would be great.

actually, looking at the castle now, she was not near the lights, it looks like she has severely damaged her eyes by struggling though, i can see red vessels in them and some of the layer of eye is missing... will she ever see again?

I'm sure she is VERY stressed, and will be for several days. When dark fish get really stressed, they turn a different color in some spotsand it probably looks like she is burned. If she wasn't next to the lights, she is probably not burned. I would deffinitely get some Stress Coat from Pet's Mart or Wal Mart so that she can get back some of the coating she lost.
