Socrates because he held the first influence upon all the Greek philosophers, plato a student of his, then taught at the Greek Science Academy where Aristotle shortly studied when Plato himself was old. Though it must be said that these comparisons are silly, all great men add to the gradeur of the human race in different manners, whether minute or large, basic or complex.
Notrodamus isn't even a philosopher, he is so speculative that there is hardly conformity or uniformity if his future predictions are false or true.

Plato hands down! he adhered to an ultimately monistic conception of the universe. Aristotle could never get past his dualism. Cicero doesn't even come close to either.

Zoraster and the Buddha, the cults of Mithra and Isis, the mythos of Tammuz or Attis....
who knows what or who were the precursors/influencers of that "golden age" of Greek thought????
All of them have had some influence on western thought; the idea that one or the other made more "sense" is missing the point that they all were points on the intellectual time line for philosophical development...
Don't overlook Plotinus....
