Yes, 9/11 was a conspiracy. Conspiracy: 1 : the act of conspiring together. 2 a : an agreement among conspirators b : a group of conspirators. So, more than one person was indeed involved.

The US won the war - its the occupation that we seem to be losing and 9/11 was a conspiracy of Islamofacist terrorists.
