I am considering a move to Las Vegas to work in the hotel industry, where is a good place to live?

If you want to have a normal life outside of work I'd move to a community far away from the strip. If you're looking for a great nightlife and want to spend your time partying I'd live near the strip. You really haven't told us enough about what lifestyle you're looking for.
