next year I'll have completed my DELTA and have four years experience teaching adults and children. I want to teach for a year somewhere where there's good money (preferably not Asia) so I can save enough to return to the UK, set up here and be able to afford a Masters...is it possible!? where's the best place?

You get the most money working in places where not that many people want to go. Saudi Arabia is your best bet. The last I checked you could earn up to 30,000 UK pounds, (60,000 dollars) as a yearly salary, as well as free accomodation and transport. Check www.tesjobs.co.uk, you'll usually find some listed there.

I agree with the people who have suggested the Middle East, however it's VERY hard to find work there without an MA. I suggest that you start networking immediately, consider taking some Arabic classes, and keep eyes peeled for any and every ad for Middle East positions. Print them off and keep them in a folder so you'll have a great list of potential employers when you finish the DELTA.

Definitely the Middle East (Saudi Arabia, UAE, etc.). Jobs there pay a lot and give little opportunity for spending.
