let a triangle be in the first quadrant without intercepting the axes,the image along xaxis=the x coordinates of the corner points remain the same while the y-coordinates get a negative sign(use a graph to understand better)
while along yaxis=ycoordinates same,x coordinates get negative sign,like,(2,3) bcomes(-2,3)
while taking abt the origin,the x & y coordinates interchange mutually,like,(2,3)bcomes(3,2)

If the image is taken in x-axis, signs of 4 ordinates will be opposite.
If the image is taken in y-axis, signs of 4 abscisa will be opposite.
If the image is taken in origin, signs of all the 4 co-ordinates will be opposite.
In all cases figure retains the shape.

Do u mean the reflection across an axis as the image then, how can u take the reflection across the origin.. Can u be more specific?
