No, but if you are going through hard times in life then i would recomend talking to a close friend or a relative because "Drinking away your thoughts" soon leads to alcoholism.

i use to when my cousin passed away at the age of 15 i would drink every night thinking it would help but it never made it feel better i just thought of her more

Every once in a while, yeah. That's why I'm careful not to drink alone. I'd be a good candidate for an alcoholic, really....
