In Firefox, on the top toolbar, click on the "Tools" menu. Go down and click on "Clear Private Data". (Alternatively, you can press Ctrl + Shift + Delete.) From here you have several different options to choose from. Make sure "Cache" is selected and then hit the button "Clear Private Data Now". You can also clear any other options given to you from this menu.
